The central place in the improvement area of the residential complex «PLUS Pulkovsky» is occupied by an elongated promenade about 700 meters long, which with its pattern with streamlined lines personifies the image of air flows leading upward, to the beautiful distances beyond the horizon. We propose dividing it into four thematic areas: Square with a Fountain, Exhibition Alley, Playhub (game area) and Sports (grounds and exercise machines for sports).
A bike path will run along the central alley, which will be extended around the entire residential complex. Benches and other improvement elements using bionic forms will be freely located throughout the area, as well as art objects.
The main improvement elements will be accentuated by painting in bright colors in combination with wood and metal. This area provides for planting large ornamental trees and shrubs of various shapes and types, arrangement of flower beds and lawns, originally decorated with plants, possessing a bouquet of magical aromas, in combination with decorative lighting. We propose to perform two types of lighting of the territory, paint it in the main proposed colors of the concept of the residential complex «PLUS Pulkovsky» so that they look attractive, as independent art objects in any weather.
